This new version 6' connector kit is made for the updated 1/2" 2-wire incandescent rope light we began selling in 2026. It includes everything you need to power a run of rope light: a 6-foot power cord with plug, a power connector that pushes onto the cut end of the rope, and an end cap to seal the far end. Use it to bring power to custom-cut runs along rooflines, railings, walkways, signs and holiday displays.

Which kit do I need? Use this new version kit for incandescent rope light purchased from us in 2026 or later — currently our clear incandescent rope light. For incandescent rope light purchased from us before 2026, and for the other colors currently in stock (red, green, blue, amber, yellow, purple, pink, frosted white and more), use the old style RL-CONKIT-6 connector kit. Both kits work only with incandescent rope light, not LED rope light.
