• All products can be returned within 45 days of purchase.
• If you receive a defective product, contact us within 45 days of purchase.

IMPORTANT Returns Acceptance

•        Returns will not be accepted 45 days after purchase date.
•        All products returned due to buyer choice must abide to the following guidelines.

o   Product(s) must be contained in original packaging with all contents and sufficient packing material to ensure they’re resaleable.

o   Returned Products must not have been used, installed, or modified in any way.

•        Customers will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee on non-defective products with no exceptions.
•        Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return non-defective products.
•        Original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

What if the product is defective?

All products sold by NoveltyLights.com have a warranty, the length of which can be found in the product overview. Our goal is to correct the situation as quickly as possible which will result in a full refund of your defective products or exchange.

•        If we’re aware of a defective product that you’ve received, we will gladly exchange your defective product for the same product title, provided it’s still available.
•        Product(s) must be contained in original packaging with all contents.

Please ship your package from the nearest post office or shipping provider of your choice. Please include in the package the original packing invoice or a printout of your order confirmation email.
