Spektrum+ Twilight Trim Permanent Lighting from American Lighting, a sister company of Novelty Lights.

Twilight Trim is a permanent, low-voltage lighting system built around individually addressable RGBW LED dots mounted in a low-profile channel under the eave. From one app, the same installation delivers everyday white architectural lighting, holiday and game-day color, and animated scenes all year.

Installed by professionals or the DIYers for homes or businesses.  Learn more about the Twilight Trim permanent eave lighting system and how to design it here: Installer Resource.
