Specifications

Cracked shells, cross-threaded bulbs and water sitting in the socket are the three things that take C9 light line out of service. PeakPro sockets are built to handle all three, and these replacement sockets let you put that same durability anywhere on your SPT-2 white wire. Use them to swap out broken or corroded sockets on an existing run, or to build custom C9 strings at exactly the spacing your roofline, tree wrap or commercial display calls for.

The shatter-resistant shells have socket walls twice as thick as a standard socket, and a close-fitting rim seats each bulb tight to help keep water and debris out. Square weep holes and four internal drain channels let water drain out instead of pooling around the contacts, and a self-centering socket mouth guides each bulb in straight so it turns smoothly rather than cross-threading.

Each socket is an E17 intermediate base, so C9 LED and incandescent bulbs, G50 globes and S11 bulbs screw straight in. Match the socket to your wire: these fit SPT-2 wire only; use our SPT-1 PeakPro sockets for SPT-1 wire. PeakPro sockets do not fit our standard 39032 All-In-One Clips, so hang them with Peak Pro All-In-One Clips or C9 TuffClips instead. Always disconnect power before adding or replacing sockets.
