With a three-year lease, customers can spread the cost of their commercial décor over time rather than making a large upfront capital investment. Leasing also removes one of the biggest difficulties associated with oversized holiday decorations: finding secure storage space during the rest of the year.

For customers located in Colorado, leasing includes free local delivery to the installation site and complimentary off-season storage at the Novelty Lights facility in Aurora, Colorado. Customers outside Colorado are offered the same storage benefits, with product shipping costs charged separately.

For organizations that need décor for only one holiday season—or want the flexibility to create a different display in the future—our single-season rental program offers an affordable, low-commitment alternative to purchasing.
