Novelty Lights G50 Blue 5 pack of globe LED glass bulbs with 5 super bright and energy efficient LEDs are perfect for adding to your display without having to purchase a full 25 pack of bulbs. The G50 glass bulb, unlike it’s incandescent counter-parts, will not get hot, giving you more options for indoor and outdoor applications! The G50 Glass Blue bulb will bring that traditional and classic look to your roofline, patio, backyard BBQ, or other Holiday installation. The G50 glass bulbs use only .65 watts per bulb and have a 3 season; 40,000 hour warranty. Our Blue glass G50 bulbs can be used with any of our C9 Stringers (10’, 12.5’, 25' & 100'), our E17 Heavy Duty Light Strings (25', 100' & 330'), our commercial grade bulk C9 Bulk spools as well as our vintage Twisted Wire Strings with E17 Bakelite Sockets. Our G50 glass LED bulbs will not discolor or fade.

Question: Are these Dimmable?

Answer: Our glass G50 bulbs are not dimmable. We do offer a dimmable option if desired, our Incandescent bulbs.

Question: Are the bulbs true to color?

Answer: The light emitted from the LED diode is the same color as the coating on the outside of the bulb. When the color coating fades on the outside due to the sun or other weather it will still shine the original color.

Question: Does the color coating fade on these bulbs?

Answer: If the bulbs are out in direct sunlight the UV does effect and fade the color of the bulbs, however the light inside will still shine true to color.

Question: Are these bulbs plastic or glass?

Answer: Our G50 bulbs are glass.

Question: What is the base material made of?

Answer: Our G50 bulbs have a nickel coated base.

Question: Are these single replacement bulbs?

Answer: We sell our replacement bulbs in packs of 25.

Question: What is the warranty of these bulbs

Answer: Our G50 glass bulbs have a 3 season warranty.

Question: Are these lights 130 Volts?

Answer: Our G50 glass lights are 120 volts.

Question: What is the wattage of these bulbs?

Answer: Our G50 glass bulbs are .65 watts per bulb.

Question: Can I use these in an existing strand I already have with incandescent bulbs?

Answer: You can use an existing stringer you already have; you just would need to confirm the base sizes are the same and that you either have all LED bulbs on the strand or all incandescent. If you combine incandescent with LED you lessen the life of the LED bulb because you are feeding it with more energy than it needs. An incandescent bulb needs 5 watts of power to work the LED needs less than a watt to shine.

Question: What kind of stringer do I use with these bulbs?

Question: What is an E17 base bulb?

Answer: An E17 base is an intermediate base, it measures at 5/8 ”.

Question: What is the actual size of a G50 bulb?
