Question: Are these Dimmable?
Answer: Our Smooth Plastic Ceramic bulbs are as well as our C7 Diamond faceted steady burn bulbs.
Question: Are the bulbs true to color?
Answer: The light emitted from the LED SMD chip is the same color as the coating on the outside of the bulb. When the color coating fades on the outside due to the sun or other weather it will still shine the original color.
Question: Are these single replacement bulbs?
Answer: We sell our replacement bulbs in packs of 25.
Question: What is the warranty of these bulbs
Answer: Our Smooth Plastic Ceramic bulbs have a 3 season warranty.
Question: Are these lights 130 Volts?
Answer: Our Smooth Plastic Ceramic lights are 120 volts.
Question: What is the wattage of these bulbs?
Answer: Our Smooth Plastic Ceramic bulbs are .8 watt bulbs.
Question: Can I use these in an existing strand I already have with incandescent bulbs?
Answer: You can use an existing stringer you already have; you just would need to confirm the base sizes are the same and that you either have all LED bulbs on the strand or all incandescent. If you combine incandescent with LED you lessen the life of the LED bulb because you are feeding it with more energy than it needs. An incandescent bulb needs 5 watts of power to work the LED needs less than a watt to shine.
Question: What kind of stringer do I use with these bulbs?

Question: Will a C7 bulb fit into a C9 bulb socket?
Answer: Although the bulbs look similar they have different base sizes. The C7 is an E12 base, which is a traditional candelabra base. The C9 base is an E17. See our size chart.

Answer: An E12 base is a candelabra base, it measures at ½ ”.
Question: How many strings can I connect?

Answer: Our Smooth Plastic Ceramic bulbs have a 40,000 hour lifespan.
Question: How many LED/Diodes do these bulbs have?
Answer: Our Smooth Plastic Ceramic bulbs have 2 Ultra Bright SMD LED chips.
Question: Does the white ceramic bulb shine as a pure white or a warmer white?
Answer: This particular bulb is going to be a pure white.
Question: Do these look like the “old school” retro bulbs?
Answer: Our Smooth Plastic Ceramic bulbs will look similar however they will be brighter.
Question: Can you see through this bulb?
Answer: You cannot see through these bulbs they are a solid plastic with opaque color. If you would like a bulb you can see through please see our LED transparent line. C7 Glass LED bulbs
Question: Can I use these on the HD stringers you sell?
Answer: You can use these with the Heavy Duty stringers but typically glass bulbs are used for the traditional look.
