Question: What color wire is available for the mini lights? 

Answer:  We offer green , white, brown, and black wire.

Question: What lengths are available for these light sets? 

Answer: Please see below the lengths that we offer:

Question: What is the spacing between bulbs? How do you determine the spacing? 

Answer: The spacing between bulbs is measured bulb to bulb from the top. Please see the following spacing options: 

• 11ft = 2.5” spacing 

• 25ft = 6” spacing 

Question: What is the wattage and amps per string set? 

Answer: Each string is 4.8 watts and 0.04 amps. 

Question: What is the oblong shaped thing on the string? 

Answer: It is a built in rectifier that helps the LED’s shine brighter.

Question: Can I cut off the rectiffer? 

Answer: No you cannot cut off the rectiffer because the lights will not work.

Question: If one bulb burns out will it affect the whole set? 

Answer: No, if you do have a bulb burn out the rest will remain lit. There have been occasions that half the string will light and the other won’t this could be an issue in the rectifier. If you have this issue please call our customer service team at 1-800-209-6122, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 

Question: What is the lifespan of these lights? 

Answer:  These string sets have 40,000 hours of bulb life. 

Question: What is the warranty on these lights? 

Answer: Our LED string lights have a 3 season warranty. 

Question: How many strands can I connect together? 

Answer: For the max connection amount for the different lengths of strands see below: 

• 11 ft- 43 sets 

• 25 ft- 43 sets 

Question: What is the voltage? 

Answer: These light sets are 120V.

Question: Can I buy replacement bulbs? 

Answer:  Unfortunately you cannot purchase replacement bulbs for these strands, the lights are molded into the socket and are non removable. 

Question: Can I cut and customize these sets? 

Answer: No the lights will not work if they are cut.

Question: Are the strings UL listed?

Answer:  Our 50 light sets are UL listed for indoor and outdoor use.  

Question: Will the color of the bulb be a true red, blue, green, etc.

Answer:  LED bulbs have the same color light inside as the color of the bulb, so this will make them more true to color than their incandescent counterparts. 

Question: What is the lifespan of the bulbs? 

Answer:  These bulbs have a 40,000 hour lifespan

Question: Are these dimmable?

Answer: Yes these are dimmable, but they will not dim all the way to off because of the rectifier. You will also need a LED compatible dimmer.  

Question:What is the wire gauge? 

Answer:  22 AWG 

Question: Is there a certain clip that I can buy to secure these lights? 

Answer:  We have a few options available, depending on your project. Question: What is a coaxial light set? 

Answer: A coaxial light set looks just like our other light sets, the only difference is the connection. The coax strings have a water tight, screw down connection instead of a male and female plug. 

Question: How do I plug in these lights? 

Answer: Our coaxial lights do require a power source to be plugged in. We have the power supply available, sold separately. Please Click here to view this product.

Question: What are the lengths of the wires? 

Answer: Please see below for the following lengths we carry in our coaxial mini light sets: 

• 50 light sets come in 17ft and 25ft strands

• 100 light sets come in 34ft and 50ft strands

Question: What is the number of lights and bulb spacing that is available? 

Answer: Please see below for the bulb spacing for each length:

• 50 light with 4” spacing is 17’ long

• 50 light with 6” spacing is 25’ long 

• 100 light with 4”spacing is 34’ long
